About this file
Exhibit D is a deferred maintenance document for the Little House property associated with the Rock Creek Park leasing opportunity. The document lists six specific maintenance and repair requirements that are referenced in Criterion Five of the related Request for Proposal (RFP) as potential elements of a "better offer".
The maintenance items include structural and aesthetic repairs such as repairing and painting rotting window framing and wood siding, performing tuckpointing on the brick exterior, repairing the brick sidewalk and retaining wall in front of the building, and ongoing landscape maintenance. Landscape maintenance tasks specifically involve cutting back encroaching bushes, cutting grass, performing edging around sidewalks and paved surfaces, and removing vines from the house, patio, and walkway areas. These items appear to be critical for maintaining the property's condition and may provide bidders an opportunity to differentiate their proposals by addressing these maintenance needs.
