About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Tribal and Indigenous Advisory Council (TIAC) support services to the Government Accountability Office.
The amendment provides answers to industry questions, adds a contract clause related to the GAO Privacy Order, and includes a new section on the basis of award. The IDIQ contract has a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The scope includes oversight administration, technical assistance, and meeting planning for the TIAC program. Vendors must submit technical, past performance, and cost/price quotations by May 24, 2024. Award will be made on a best value basis, with technical and past performance being significantly more important than price. The total maximum contract value is to be determined.
