Application:This equipment must be portable and designed for shipboard use.
Weight:Maximum not to exceed 100 lb
Size:Maximum 2’x2’x2’
Effective Isotropic Radiated Power EIRP:100 W continuous-wave (no pulsed or modulation) or 50 dBm with 0 dBi antenna gain so 50 dBm EIRP for each tone. 53 dBm total EIRP
Tones:50 dBm; Two tones at a time; 2.24/4.94, 5.20/8.66, and 11.64/14.82 MHz. Each of those two pairs must be simultaneous.
Eqpt. Transmitting Cap.:Two 100 W continuous-wave radiofrequency tones
Frequencies transmitted in following pairs: 2.24/4.94 MHz, 5.20/8.66 MHz, and 11.64/14.82 MHz
Transmitters will be filtered to ensure only desired frequency pairs are emitted; all other signals must be at least 60 dB below the fundamentals
Equipment Must Include:One or more transmit antennas with at least 0 dBi of gain at specified frequency pairs; omni-directional antenna is acceptable
One or more receive antennas with at least 0 dBi of gain at specified frequency pairs; directional antenna is desired
Through filters or other frequency selective design, receive setup shall:
· Reject fundamental frequency pairs by at least 60 dB
· Minimize filtering of non-fundamental frequencies
All antennas, filters, cabling, and connectors required to meet technical performance specifications.
