The contract encompasses the provision of herbicides and associated training in chemical storage, tank mixing, product blending, equipment calibration, and herbicide application within roadside right-of-way and state lands. The scope includes MDOT's Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management (IRVM) methodology for controlling broadleaf weeds, brush, and invasive plant species, as well as DNR's use of herbicides to mitigate invasive species spread, conduct forestry site preparation, implement release treatments, and suppress forest insect populations. The statement of work does not specify quantities, response dates, bid due dates, site visits, or bidders' conferences within this document.
