The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has tasked STV Incorporated (STV) with the full design of a new Administration and Bus Maintenance facility on this site for River Valley Transit (RVT) in Middletown, Connecticut.

The project site is located at 120 North Main Street, Middletown, Connecticut, across the street from the Thomas A. Cheeseman Transportation Center (91 North Main Street) and was purchased by CTDOT. The parcel is approximately 2.41 acres (or 104,980 SF) on two adjacent parcels. A Railroad Right of Way occupies approximately 0.3 acres along the northern parcel boundary. The site is fully paved with three building structures. Two of these currently house leased office and retail spaces. The third is an unconditioned storage building used to house construction materials and equipment.
