About this file
This document is a Request for Information issued by the Government Publishing Office seeking information from vendors experienced in designing and manufacturing dual interface polycarbonate cards. Vendors are requested to provide information on their capabilities to produce dual interface polycarbonate cards constructed entirely of polycarbonate and meeting ANSI durability standards. The cards may incorporate chips, applets, optical variable devices, tactile features, and security printing. Responses should include details on facilities, manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ability to deliver cards securely. The RFI response deadline is April 5, 2024, with the intent to issue a future solicitation for a single award IDIQ contract to produce the cards for various government agencies.
