About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the California Department of Transportation for Encampment Site Waste Removal and Cleanup Services across Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Nevada, Sierra, Sutter, and Yuba Counties. The addendum addresses two key questions submitted by prospective bidders regarding service frequency and bidder eligibility. The Department clarified that service requests typically require approximately five days of work per month, with an estimated four to five encampment sites currently awaiting contract initiation in these rural areas. Attendance at the prebid conference was mandatory for bid eligibility, with only contractors who arrived on time permitted to submit proposals.

The addendum reaffirms that all other terms and conditions of the original IFB remain in full force and effect. No pricing information, set-asides, contract term details, or other salient contract terms are specified within this addendum document. The addendum was issued on March 17, 2026, by JoAnna Nevarez, Contract Analyst with the Department of Transportation Administration Division of Procurement and Contracts.
