IMAGINE OPTICS ON-SITE TRAINING
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
1.0 BACKGROUND
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Integrated Engagement Systems Department (E), Directed Energy & Pulsed Power Division (E10) LWS Applied Engineering Branch (E16), requires original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Imagine Optics to provide on-site training for Wavefront Sensors.

| 2.2 | Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications; and |
| 2.3 | Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines. |
| 3.0 | REQUIREMENTS |
| 3.1 | The Contractor shall provide the materials listed on the attached Requirements List. |
| 3.2 | The Contractor shall provide one (1) day of on-site training on the provided Wavefront Sensors to three (3) personnel. |
| 3.3. | The Contractor shall provide each Contractor employee with the personal protective equipment required to do their job safely and in compliance with CDC Guidelines. |
| 3.4 | The Contractor shall coordinate with the technical point of contact (TPOC) identified below to schedule the onsite training. |
| 4.0 | GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION (GFP/GFM/GFI) |
The Government will provide access to the NSWCDD for onsite training.
5.0 SECURITY
The work to be provided is unclassified.
6.0 TRAVEL
The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: two (2) engineers for one (1) day to Dahlgren, VA.
