We encourage you to submit your proposal which includes both pulp inserts and any alternative packaging solutions you believe would be a good fit. | |

| 2) | Custom-cut polyethylene foam is another alternative. | We have considered these alternatives and have decided to have the requirements unchanged. | |
| 15 | Do I have to indicate whether foreign end products are being provided? | As referenced in question #1 this contract requires compliance with 52.225-3, Buy American—Free Trade Agreements—Israeli Trade Act. The certifications incorporated into the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 include a certification related to Foreign End Products. Providing this certification is considered a matter of offeror responsibility. |
