About this file
This document is an Addendum to RFP #025002 for Aquarium Design and Installation Services at the Sandy Creek Nature Center in Clarke County, Georgia. The Addendum modifies the original RFP by changing the text in the Scope of Services, including exhibit wall renovation to accommodate two new aquariums, removing and replacing an existing platform, and providing a revised Price Proposal form. It also answers pre-proposal questions related to the scope of work, including structural demolition, electrical work, and theming for the new aquariums.
The revised Price Proposal form requests a total turnkey price, with additive/deductive alternates for aquarium interior theming, performance and payment bonds, and stamped engineering drawings if required by the Owner. Payment milestones are outlined, and the Proposer must indicate if the project can be completed within 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The contract opportunity is part of the SPLOST 2020 Project 15 in Clarke County, Georgia.
