Clinical: All areas shall be cleaned to meet commercial standards specified by all applicable Safety and Health codes and the SOW. Not to exceed 5 valid customer complaints per month.

2.1. The absence of any contract requirement forms the SDS will not detract from its enforceability nor limit the rights or remedies of the Government under any other provision of the contract.

2.2. SDS will be used as the baseline to develop a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

The QASP will identify the surveillance methods the Government will use to evaluate the Contractor’s performance.
