The provided document is a Salient Characteristics specification for an industrial washer replacement at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Anchorage, Alaska. The specification details precise technical requirements for a new industrial washer, including electrical specifications (220-240V, 3-phase, 50-60 Hz), mechanical capabilities (500 lb max load, 590 RPM max speed), and dimensional constraints (96-106 inches width, 90-114 inches depth). Key requirements include 30 different wash cycles, a minimum 320g extract capability, an 8-inch rear drain system, 2-inch water inlet, 1¼-1½ inch steam hook-up, and compatibility with a chemical injection system. The washer must also have a door opening of at least 40 inches and a cylinder volume of 75 cubic feet, with installation requiring a forklift capable of lifting 18,000-22,000 lbs.
