About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a solicitation to provide uniforms and equipment for International Military Students (IMS) attending the U.S. Ranger Course at Fort Moore. The Q&A clarifies that this is an "all or none" requirement where items must be delivered as complete kits per student, with either TRU SPEC or PROPPER brand items meeting AR 670-1 standards. Specific items include OCP uniforms (tops and bottoms), APFU (Army Physical Fitness Uniform) items, Garmont boots, 9 t-shirts per student, M16 cleaning kits, dog tags with silver chains, Camelbak reservoirs, camo sticks in light green/loam, pencils, blank firing adapters for M4s, and Aria2 headlamps.
The contract will support 66 IMS students in FY25, requiring vendors to provide properly sized equipment with three working days' notice. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to submit quotes. The contract is being managed by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Moore.

1. Is this an “all or none” requirement? ALL 2.Is this a Brand name or Equal opportunity? (We see mix of Tru Spec and Propper apparel) TRU SPEC OR PROPPER (AR 670-1)
3. Can you please provide us either with manufacturer, model or PN or link to the item? (For example, COMPASS -GI LENSATIC. Price can vary per model from $12 to $130. COMPASS NSN 6605-01-196-6971
4. Will items need to be kitted or we are making one time delivery per BOM? I noticed a note mentioning 3 days minimum notification? We would need size breakdown and approval of the items proposes in order to confirm stock.
