About this file
This is a document detailing medical equipment and Class VIII supplies requirements for human cadaver-based medical training and program support services. The Medical Acquisition Support Office - Alpha (MASO-A), under the Department of the Army Medical Command, issued this Sources Sought Notice to identify capable vendors to support the 44th Medical Brigade stationed at Fort Bragg Army Base, North Carolina. The procurement scope requires contractors to provide human cadavers, medical equipment, Class VIII supplies (medical consumables and supplies), training days, transportation and logistical support, subject matter expert (SME) services, and cadaver medical training administration. The contract is structured with a base period of performance followed by four one-year option periods.
This is a pre-solicitation announcement issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment to contract. The Government will not compensate respondents for information submitted, and responses are entirely voluntary. Potential offerors are encouraged to submit vendor questions to inform the Government of industry standards and market capabilities. No solicitation documents are currently available, and this notice does not preclude future participation should a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) or other solicitation be issued. Interested vendors should monitor the site for updates and additional information regarding this requirement.

The Contractor shall ensure that any subcontractors (to include SMEs defined below) used in performance of this contract complies with these requirements and that all employees, of both the Contractor and any subcontractor utilized by the Contractor, are made aware of and comply with these requirements.
The Contractor shall be aware of and comply with the requirements associated with Installation Access Control. The Government is not liable for any costs associated with performance delays due solely to a firm’s failure to comply with Installation Access Control System (IACS) processing requirements.
The Contractor shall return installation passes to the issuing IACS office when the contract is completed or when a Contractor employee no longer requires access.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support: The contractor shall be able to provide SME support upon request of the government for training days.
