About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to an Open Market Bid (S-73000-00010698) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation for the production and central issuance of digital driver licenses and identification cards (DL/ID), including facial recognition. The current contract is held by Veridos America, Inc. with a not-to-exceed amount of $39,290,000 for a 12-year term. The original bid response due date of July 2, 2024, has been extended by 2 weeks. The Department is seeking information that could be used to develop a future RFP to replace their current Agency Digital Photo License System.
The current price per card issuance is $2.88. The RFI document incorrectly referenced Section 3 instead of Section 4 for the feedback requested, but this has been corrected in Addendum 1.
