The contractor must be licensed and certified by the State of Oregon as a herbicide applicator and maintain current certifications throughout the contract term. All work is subject to inspection and acceptance by the project manager prior to payment issuance. Removed materials become the property of the contractor at the point of removal and must be disposed of satisfactorily. No traffic control is required as all work occurs on the highway shoulder.
