About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Online Design Review Tool required by the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Detachment 4 UK Design and Construction Branch (AFIMSC Det4/CEL). The key requirements include:
The tool must support the design review process for AFIMSC Det4's Military Construction (MilCon) program, allowing for secure file exchange, accommodating diverse file types, providing unalterable archives, enabling deliverable tracking, scalability, and continuous process improvement capabilities. The tool must be web-based, approved to store documents up to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level, and provide instant updates. AFIMSC Det4 will appoint an administrator and alternate to manage the tool, while the provider will only be responsible for supplying the tool itself. The desired outcome is for project stakeholders to review documents on a single platform, consolidate documents in a central location, ensure accountability and transparency, reduce meeting and travel costs, and leverage users' prior experience with MilCon design review.
This SOW is associated with Solicitation Number FA558724Q0044 for the "DET 4 AFIMSC Online Software" requirement by the Department of the Air Force United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa.
