Statement of Work

INFORMATION/TARGETED METRICS FOR THE INDY ELEVEN PARTNERSHIP:

Why should we be associated with the Indy Eleven?

-Launched in January 2013 and named as Indy Eleven on 25 April 2013 (IT IS

STILL PRETTY BRAND NEW, PEOPLE WANT TO CHECK IT OUT!)

-More than 7k fans purchase season tickets for inaugural campaign forcing club to cap season ticket sales

-12 April 2014 a standing room only crowd of 11,048 watched Indy Eleven in their inaugural NASL home game (AND THEY HAVE SOLD OUT EVERY

REGULAR SEASON HOME GAME SINCE!)

-First professional team in North America to sell out every home game during inaugural season

-Matches played at Carroll Stadium (10,285) while a permanent soccer-centric stadium is developed in downtown Indianapolis (KEEPING OUR NAME WITH

THE INDY ELEVEN WILL ALLOW US TO BE RECOGNIZED INSIDE THEIR

NEW FACILITIES UPON COMPLETION!)

-Indy Eleven’s fan base is young, educated and drawn from across Indiana

-The fan base is primarily made-up of:

-Millennials (18-35) in urban areas such as Mass Avenue and Broad Ripple with a passionate devotion to soccer

-Emerging ethnic audiences, primarily Indiana’s rapidly growing Hispanic Community

-Families located in all of central Indiana, especially Hamilton and Marion Counties

-The North American Soccer League (NASL) enjoys a National and International Footprint (founded 1968, re-launched in 2009)

-Uniting diverse soccer fans, families and millennials through a common passion

-Teams provide high level professional soccer at affordable prices through clubs uniquely linked to their communities
