UNSPSC 93121614: International watercourse cooperation services

UNSPSC 93121614 International watercourse cooperation services (Commodity) has no clear alignment with recent state and local contract activity; the four posted opportunities under this code span federal lobbying, water system master planning, transportation consulting, and energy conservation monitoring—none of which constitutes international watercourse cooperation or cross-border water resource management. The code's nominal scope—intergovernmental coordination on shared waterways, transboundary water rights, and international treaty implementation—does not appear in the recent solicitation record.

The recent opportunities tagged to this code are unrelated miscellaneous procurement spanning municipal and county government. The City of Rio Rancho (New Mexico) solicited state legislative lobbying; the Great Lakes Water Authority (Michigan) sought third-party member outreach facilitators; the City of Gallup (New Mexico) requested federal lobbying services; and the Washington State Department of Commerce pursued statewide economic development planning consultation. None involve cross-border water cooperation, treaty administration, or international resource management. The code shows little relevant recent activity and warrants monitoring rather than active pursuit at this time unless actual international watercourse governance or transboundary water resource coordination opportunities emerge in the source jurisdiction.
