UNSPSC 92111805: Guerrillas

UNSPSC 92111805 Guerrillas (Commodity) shows minimal relevant state and local procurement activity. The code nominally references insurgent or paramilitary forces, but the recent opportunities block contains no solicitations matching this scope. Instead, the tagged opportunities span disparate service categories: off-duty officer secondary employment management for the City of Wichita (RFP #260237, due January 8, 2027), security surveillance system replacement for the City of DeBary, Florida (RFP 09-20, due July 24, 2020), and sheriff's deputy security services management for Hillsborough County Public Schools (sole-source procurement, posted April 6–15, 2026). A corridor safety study by Leon County, Florida (RFQ, due November 17, 2026), jail sprinkler replacement by Collin County, Texas (IFB 2026-389, due November 19, 2026), and consulting engagements across multiple other jurisdictions complete the block—none of which align with the code's nominal definition.

This code appears to reflect a data classification error or legacy taxonomy mapping issue. State and local procurement offices are not buying guerrilla services or paramilitary operations. Business development professionals should treat this code as inactive for practical purposes and verify any opportunities tagged to it against substantive scope documents before pursuing.
