UNSPSC 92111605: Disarmament negotiations or agreements

UNSPSC 92111605 Disarmament negotiations or agreements, a Commodity code, shows no relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The code's nominal scope—diplomatic negotiations and agreements related to disarmament—does not align with the recent solicitations tagged under it in state and local procurement databases.

The recent opportunities associated with this code are functionally unrelated to disarmament work and instead span facilities security systems, software platforms, professional consulting services, emergency management, security guard services, and workforce programs across Texas, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, South Carolina, and other jurisdictions. These include federal funds tracking systems (Texas Health and Human Services), flight school compliance oversight (Texas State University), AI-powered camera monitoring (Harris County), fire service consolidation studies (Beaufort County, South Carolina), corrections facility security upgrades (Orange County, Florida), and community violence intervention programs (Portland, Oregon). This persistent mismatch between code assignment and actual procurement scope indicates either systematic miscoding in the source procurement system or an artifact of upstream database tagging errors. Business development professionals should disregard this code as a procurement category signal and instead monitor the specific functional areas—security services, emergency management, facilities infrastructure, and professional consulting—directly through geographic, issuing-body, and service-category filters.
