UNSPSC 86111601: Evening courses

UNSPSC 86111601 Evening courses is a Commodity code. State and local governments currently buy very little under this code. The recent opportunities block contains no solicitations for evening courses, after-school programs, or related instruction classified to this commodity. A single posting tagged to this code—Stockton Unified School District's RFP for academic, extracurricular, and emotional support services—actually covers a much broader scope of student support (mentorship, enrichment programming across art, music, dance, STEM, social-emotional wellness, parent education, and career technical education) rather than evening course instruction per se. The code shows no meaningful recent procurement activity aligned to its nominal scope.

The mismatch between code and actual buying signals that issuing bodies either do not use this commodity code for evening instruction procurement, or evening courses do not represent a material procurement category in state and local K-12 budgets. Vendors targeting evening education delivery should not rely on this code for market intelligence or opportunity identification.
