UNSPSC 85444204: The diagnosis of maltreatment by official authorities

In this classification, this covers the group of activities that yields a diagnosis of by official authorities. By official authorities is listed In The World Health Organization's International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) as a four-character category under code Y07.3.

UNSPSC 85444204, The diagnosis of maltreatment by official authorities, is a Commodity code that shows little relevant recent activity aligned with its nominal scope. The three most recent state and local opportunities tagged under this code—a diagnostic imaging PACS implementation, special education contracted services, and temporary health professional staffing—do not address maltreatment diagnosis or investigation. The code's abstract title does not match the work actually being solicited by state and local buyers in the current posting stream.

No recent opportunities directly support procurement activity under this code's stated scope of maltreatment diagnosis services. The mismatch between the code's nominal function and the unrelated contract opportunities in the system suggests either misclassification at the point of posting or minimal current demand for services explicitly tagged to maltreatment diagnosis by official authorities in state and local procurement.
