UNSPSC 71112018: Production logging borehole fluid measurement services

The recording of pressure, temperature and fluid-flow parameters.

UNSPSC 71112018 Production logging borehole fluid measurement services (Commodity) shows no relevant recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The two most recent opportunities tagged under this code—Rob Sullivan Park irrigation system improvements solicited by the City of DeBary, Florida, and armored car services solicited by the School Board of Polk County, Florida—do not involve production logging, borehole fluid measurement, or related subsurface petroleum or natural gas operations. The code appears to be a misclassification in state and local procurement systems, and does not reflect active demand for the instrumentation and measurement services the UNSPSC category nominally covers.

No actionable recent opportunities exist under this code within the state and local procurement market. Business development professionals should verify classification of any future solicitation tagged 71112018 before investing resources in pursuit, as the mismatch between code definition and actual state and local government buying suggests either data entry error or systematic miscoding in the originating procurement offices.
