UNSPSC 70141506: Cocoa production

UNSPSC 70141506 Cocoa production is a Commodity code that shows little relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The two most recent opportunities tagged under this code bear no relationship to cocoa production: the Georgia World Congress Center Authority solicited comprehensive production services for audio, LED display, and lighting equipment to support a FIFA Fan Festival event in Atlanta (RFP PE92200RFP2026000000072, due March 10, 2026), and the City of College Park, Georgia, sought executive search services to recruit a City Manager (RFP 26-37, due February 18, 2026). Neither procurement involves cocoa commodities, agricultural products, or food production of any kind. The mismatch suggests either a cataloging error in the source system or that state and local governments are not currently soliciting cocoa production services under this code.

No meaningful state and local market activity exists under UNSPSC 70141506 based on available records. The code warrants a skip for business development purposes unless internal research reveals that Georgia or other states regularly tag cocoa-related procurements under different commodity codes within the agricultural or food production family.
