UNSPSC 60141113: Lotto games

UNSPSC 60141113 Lotto games, a Commodity code, shows minimal relevant recent activity under this classification. The recent opportunities tagged to this code do not reflect lottery or gaming services; instead, they span educational supplies (Montessori classroom materials, instructional resources), library materials (video games for checkout), promotional items for municipal departments, and infant wellness products. A single unrelated notice announced the relocation of Williamson County Purchasing Department in Texas. The code's abstract scope—lottery ticket games or lotto-style gaming products—does not match what state and local procurement offices are actually buying under the tag, suggesting either broad miscoding in the source data or a code rarely used by state and local agencies for its nominal purpose.

The sporadic posting activity appears concentrated in Texas (City of Fort Worth, Hillsborough County Public Schools in Florida, and a few Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative opportunities based in Texas) and Michigan (City of Detroit), with Hillsborough County Public Schools in Florida appearing twice in recent months for Montessori classroom materials. No lotto or lottery games solicitation appears in the recent-opportunities block. Given the mismatch between the code name and the actual goods being procured, this code warrants close attention to ensure correct classification before committing development resources; the activity shown does not constitute a market for lotto games in state and local procurement.
