UNSPSC 60121129: Masonite panels

UNSPSC 60121129 Masonite panels is a Commodity code that, based on recent state and local activity, appears to see minimal direct procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single recent opportunity tagged to this code—Sourcewell RFP #061626, posted May 12, 2026, with a June 16, 2026 response deadline—is a law enforcement equipment solicitation issued by Sourcewell (a Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative) on behalf of participating counties in Washington State and numerous other public entities across the United States and Canada. This opportunity does not reflect procurement of masonite panels but rather a broad cooperative purchasing vehicle for law enforcement equipment solutions, suggesting a tagging or classification mismatch rather than active demand for the commodity itself under this code.

The source provides no evidence of additional recent state and local opportunities for masonite panels, no geographic concentration of procurement activity, and no pattern of repeat issuing bodies soliciting this commodity. The law enforcement equipment RFP through Sourcewell—while large in scope and reaching thousands of governmental agencies, higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations—does not indicate actual procurement of masonite panels at scale. Business development professionals should treat this code as inactive for practical pursuit purposes and verify with issuing bodies whether masonite panel solicitations are tagged elsewhere in the UNSPSC taxonomy.
