UNSPSC 60121124: Kraft paper

UNSPSC 60121124 Kraft paper is a Commodity code covering the supply of kraft paper stock for printing and operational use in state and local facilities. State and local governments procure kraft paper through this code primarily for in-house print shops, administrative functions, and facility operations. The issuing bodies under this code include state universities and other state entities conducting purchasing through formal competitive processes such as eRFQ. The scope extends to establishing supply contracts with one or more qualified vendors capable of meeting ongoing operational demand for paper stock, though specifications and delivery terms vary by procurement.

Valdosta State University, a Georgia state entity, issued an eRFQ (55100ERFQ0000016292026) on February 20, 2026, with a response deadline of March 19, 2026, to procure print shop paper for operational use. The eRFQ process was conducted under the State Purchasing Act and invited all qualified suppliers to participate in competitive evaluation, with preliminary and final results to be publicly announced following the closing date and any protest resolution. No contract value, specific product specifications, set-aside designations, or incumbent-vendor information was disclosed in the posted materials. Recent activity under this code reflects limited but active procurement by state higher-education institutions in Georgia.
