UNSPSC 60111102: Calendar bulletin board sets

UNSPSC 60111102 Calendar bulletin board sets is a Commodity code that encompasses office bulletin boards and related display systems for organizing calendars and notices in government facilities. State and local procurement activity under this code reflects mixed demand for both wall-mounted bulletin boards and standalone calendar display units that serve administrative and community-facing functions in municipal buildings, schools, and other public facilities. The issuing bodies soliciting under this code span city governments, with the available recent record showing a municipal procurement officer responsible for routine office supply and equipment purchases.

The City of Pennsylvania issued a micro purchase RFQ on May 5, 2026, for office storage and community wellness supplies and services with a response deadline of May 18, 2026, under solicitation number B2627057. The procurement was open to all qualified vendors and evaluated primarily on price competitiveness and vendor responsibility, with award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No set-aside designations, budget ceiling, or estimated award value were disclosed in the available documentation.
