UNSPSC 56111703: Casegood or non modular storage

UNSPSC 56111703 Casegood or non modular storage (Commodity) encompasses storage furniture and equipment that state and local governments procure for operational use—filing cabinets, lockers, shelving units, and similar fixed or freestanding storage solutions. The code appears in cooperative purchasing frameworks and multi-jurisdictional solicitations where storage equipment supports law enforcement, administrative, and facility operations across public agencies.

Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, issued RFP #061626 on May 12, 2026, soliciting law enforcement equipment through a cooperative purchasing vehicle advertised under Washington state law (RCW 39.34) and open to thousands of governmental agencies, K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, and public entities throughout the United States and Canada. The solicitation drew participation from Franklin County, Grant County, Grays Harbor County, Chelan County, and Yakima County in Washington, among numerous other jurisdictions. Proposals were due June 16, 2026, and submissions were required through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov. The resulting contract(s) were structured to allow flexible utilization across participating entities through a participating addendum mechanism, enabling the selected vendor(s) to serve multiple public sector organizations under standardized contracting terms.
