UNSPSC 50566202: Non GMO early champagne rhubarb purees

The variety of non GMO rhubarbs known as non GMO early champagne rhubarbs which have been pureed

UNSPSC 50566202 Non GMO early champagne rhubarb purees (Commodity) does not appear in recent state and local procurement activity. The recent opportunities block contains eleven records spanning food procurement from corrections departments, health and human services facilities, school districts, and county governments—sourcing canned applesauce, fresh produce, cafeteria proteins and staples, supplemental food for institutional facilities, and shelf-stable items for senior services—but none identify rhubarb purees, GMO status declarations, or the specific product named by this code. The opportunities instead reflect broad institutional food service demand for commodity proteins, frozen entrees, canned fruits and vegetables, dairy, grains, and fresh produce with USDA grade compliance and delivery to central distribution centers or warehouse locations.

No recent state and local solicitations under this code have been posted. The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the institutional food procurement actually occurring across the recent records suggests this code either sees minimal purchasing activity at the state and local level or is infrequently used by procurement offices to tag rhubarb-specific line items within broader food service awards.
