UNSPSC 50562801: Non GMO asharasi date purees

The variety of non GMO dates known as non GMO asharasi dates which have been pureed

UNSPSC 50562801 Non GMO asharasi date purees (Commodity) does not match the work actually being solicited under recent state and local opportunities. The code's stated scope is specialty date purees, but the fourteen recent opportunities in the source document solicit canned applesauce, dried fruit bars, apple crisps, fresh produce, eggs, general food and consumable products for schools and state facilities, and broad grocery supplies—none of which involve asharasi dates or date purees in any form. The mismatch between the code name and the actual goods being procured suggests either a cataloging error in how the source opportunities were tagged or that the code itself does not reflect current state and local purchasing patterns.

Activity under this code is minimal to nonexistent. No state or local procurement office has posted a recent solicitation for asharasi date purees or any comparable specialty date product. Until the tagging of opportunities under this code aligns with its nominal scope, or until state and local buyers demonstrate actual demand for non-GMO asharasi date purees as a distinct procurement line, the code shows no actionable market signal for business development purposes.
