UNSPSC 50562203: Non GMO white heart breadfruit purees

The variety of non GMO breadfruits known as non GMO white heart breadfruit which have been pureed

UNSPSC 50562203 Non GMO white heart breadfruit purees (Commodity) does not appear in state and local procurement activity over the past four months. The recent opportunities tagged to this code span fresh produce, canned applesauce, dried fruit bars, general food commodities for schools and state facilities, and cafeteria proteins—none of which align with breadfruit purees or their nutritional or preparation profiles. State and local food procurement remains active and geographically distributed, but the specific commodity named in this code shows no recent solicitation volume.

The mismatch suggests either that breadfruit purees are not yet part of standard state and local institutional food budgets, that purchasing offices are tagging broader food categories under different codes, or that demand remains too light to trigger posted opportunities. If pursuing this code, verify directly with target jurisdictions' nutrition departments—particularly large school districts, state correctional facilities, and health and human services agencies serving diverse populations—whether they source breadfruit or similar specialty starches through standing agreements, blanket purchase orders, or category roll-ups under general commodity codes rather than discrete solicitations.
