UNSPSC 45121708: Photo print washer

A bathtub-like vessel for processed photo paper washing.

UNSPSC 45121708 Photo print washer, a Commodity code, shows minimal recent state and local procurement activity. The single recent opportunity identified under this code — Sourcewell RFP #061626 for Law Enforcement Equipment, posted May 12, 2026 with a June 16, 2026 deadline — does not reflect photo print washer procurement. The solicitation targets law enforcement equipment broadly and is available to thousands of governmental agencies, school districts, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and tribal governments across the United States and Canada through Sourcewell's cooperative purchasing framework. The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the actual work being solicited suggests that photo print washer procurement does not currently drive state and local government activity under this Commodity code, or that issuing bodies are tagging law enforcement equipment opportunities with codes that do not align with the underlying products.

The geographic spread is difficult to characterize from a single misaligned opportunity; the Sourcewell RFP explicitly covers Franklin County, Grant County, Grays Harbor County, Chelan County, and Yakima County in Washington state, plus "numerous other jurisdictions and public entities throughout the United States and Canada," but this reflects the scope of a cooperative purchasing vehicle rather than concentrated photo print washer buying. Vendors interested in this code should verify whether state and local procurement offices are actively issuing photo print washer solicitations under alternative codes or whether demand in this category remains dormant.
