UNSPSC 43211912: Touchscreen film

UNSPSC 43211912 Touchscreen film is a Commodity code, but the recent state and local solicitations tagged under it do not align with the nominal scope. The Fairfax County Public Schools and Fairfax County Government term contract for technology parts, equipment, and labor (RFP 2000004422, due September 8, 2026) is a broad technology procurement covering multiple component categories across county and school operations, not touchscreen film specifically. The Harris County, Texas ITB for door lock replacement services and related items at juvenile detention facilities (ITB 260121, due June 15, 2026) addresses physical security hardware entirely unrelated to display components. A third posting referencing reMarkable Paper Pro Hardware in Illinois (June 15, 2026) lacks sufficient detail to confirm scope. The code shows little relevant recent activity in state and local procurement aligned with its stated product definition.

Issuing bodies posting opportunities tagged to this code span county governments and county-administered school districts across Virginia and Texas, with one Illinois entry too sparse to characterize. Geographic spread based on actionable solicitations covers Virginia and Texas only. Without substantive recent opportunities directly soliciting touchscreen film, display protection, or related touch-interface components under this code, the activity signal is minimal and does not support a pursue recommendation at this time.
