UNSPSC 41113706: Semiconductor testers

UNSPSC 41113706 Semiconductor testers, Commodity, appears in state and local procurement primarily through cooperative purchasing vehicles seeking broad equipment solutions rather than specialized semiconductor test equipment per se. The single recent opportunity on record—Sourcewell RFP #061626 for Law Enforcement Equipment, posted May 12, 2026 with a June 16, 2026 response deadline—does not align with the code's nominal scope. The code shows little relevant recent activity for its stated commodity line.

The Sourcewell procurement spans a multi-state cooperative framework administered by the State of Minnesota on behalf of participating counties (Franklin, Grant, Grays Harbor, Chelan, Yakima, and others across the United States and Canada) and is structured to serve governmental agencies, higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, nonprofit organizations, and tribal governments through a master contract vehicle. Responses were due June 16, 2026, via the Sourcewell Procurement Portal; vendors could direct questions to Mari Vielma at rfp@sourcewell-mn.gov or 888-894-1930. The mismatch between the code's definition and the law-enforcement-equipment scope suggests the opportunity was tagged incorrectly or that state and local procurement systems are applying the code to cooperative purchasing umbrella agreements rather than to discrete semiconductor test systems.
