UNSPSC 32101670: Transponder integrated circuit

UNSPSC 32101670 Transponder integrated circuit is a Commodity code that shows minimal relevant recent activity in state and local procurement. The recent opportunities tagged under this code do not align with the scope of transponder integrated circuits or semiconductor components. The University of Wisconsin–Madison solicitation (RFB 2027-UWMSN-01396, due July 20, 2026) seeks custom printed circuit boards, while Sourcewell's law enforcement equipment RFP, Sarasota County's security systems services and parts bid, the City of Phoenix's electrical parts and supplies contract, Riverside County's ABB drive module procurement, and the City of Madison's printing and mailing services RFP represent facility equipment, labor services, and commercial printing—none of which fall within the transponder IC commodity scope.

State and local procurement activity under this code does not reflect meaningful transactional volume or issuing-body concentration at this time. The misalignment between the code definition and the actual solicitations posted suggests either cataloging inconsistency in the source data or a genuine absence of substantive state and local demand for transponder integrated circuits as a standalone procurement line item. No representative opportunities in semiconductor components, RF systems, or related integrated-circuit procurement are evident in the recent record.
