UNSPSC 31361513 Brass ultra violet welded plate assemblies is a Commodity code that encompasses brass water repair components and assemblies procured by municipal water utilities for maintenance and inventory replenishment. State and local governments buy brass service line fittings, accessories, tapping saddles, and related plate assemblies under this code to stock water warehouse inventory and support ongoing water system repairs and operations. The issuing bodies are municipal water departments and public utilities, with the City of Arlington, Texas representing recent procurement activity in this category.

The City of Arlington, Texas posted an annual requirements contract solicitation (Solicitation Number 270041) for brass water repair parts on September 23, 2026, with proposals due October 22, 2026. The IFB sought brass service line fittings, accessories, and tapping saddles for water warehouse stock replenishment. Electronic submission was strongly encouraged, with paper bids accepted only if submitted in sealed envelopes labeled with company name, solicitation number, and title. The City of Arlington exclusively uses Euna Procurement for solicitation notification and distribution; bidders receiving solicitations through other channels risk non-compliance due to incomplete specifications or missed addenda. The source contains only one recent opportunity, limiting visibility into broader geographic spread or repeat-buyer patterns across state and local water utilities.
