UNSPSC 31361504: Inconel ultra violet welded plate assemblies

UNSPSC 31361504 Inconel ultra violet welded plate assemblies is a Commodity code, but the source shows little relevant recent activity — recent state and local opportunities tagged to this code do not involve Inconel, UV welding, or plate assemblies at all. The Colorado Department of Corrections has posted two Invitations for Bid for coiled aluminum (3105H21 alloy) used in license plate production, and the Los Angeles Superior Court has solicited pallet rack wire decking; neither procurement involves the product specified by the code's name. The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and actual current buying suggests either a classification error on the part of issuing bodies or that the category sees minimal relevant state and local procurement activity.

Without recent opportunities genuinely aligned with Inconel UV-welded plate assembly work, no meaningful geographic or issuing-body pattern emerges from the source. The two Colorado Department of Corrections solicitations (IFB 2026-0179, due May 22 and May 18, 2026 respectively) and the Los Angeles Superior Court pallet rack quote do not reflect procurement under this code's actual scope. A business development professional evaluating this Commodity should treat the current posting pattern as a signal of limited or misfiled activity and seek clarification on whether state and local governments actually procure Inconel welded assemblies under this classification.
