UNSPSC 31351102: Carbon steel ultra violet welded tube assemblies

UNSPSC 31351102 Carbon steel ultra violet welded tube assemblies is a Commodity code that represents welded tube products fabricated from carbon steel and joined through ultraviolet welding processes. The code nominally describes manufacturing inputs — tubular assemblies used in industrial equipment, machinery, and infrastructure systems — but state and local procurement activity under this code shows little recent engagement with the actual product scope.

The single recent opportunity associated with this code is the Texas Workforce Commission's IW252223 procurement for integrated workforce system implementation services, posted June 24, 2026 with a June 11, 2026 due date. This solicitation encompasses IT infrastructure modernization, network architecture, data center operations, and cloud services deployment — work that bears no substantive relationship to carbon steel welded tube fabrication or supply. The mismatch suggests either a coding classification error in the posting or that the Commodity code was applied to a broader infrastructure procurement by mistake. State and local buyers do not appear to be actively soliciting carbon steel ultraviolet welded tube assemblies under this code in the current market, and business development professionals should verify the accuracy of any opportunities tagged to 31351102 before investing pursuit effort.
