UNSPSC 31141802: Rubber reaction injection moldings

UNSPSC 31141802 Rubber reaction injection moldings (Commodity) shows minimal recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single recent opportunity in the dataset—Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners ITB 5-ITB-26-00197, posted March 13, 2026, with bids due April 3, 2026—solicits galvanized finished steel pallets, not rubber reaction injection moldings. The mismatch suggests either a classification error in the county's tagging or that this code does not reflect active state and local demand for its stated product category at present.

The Hillsborough County solicitation seeks commercial-grade galvanized steel pallets (model SPL-4848, 48 by 48 by 4.75 inches) with 8,000-pound uniform floor capacity for heavy-duty and emergency response use across four maintenance unit locations in the Tampa and Valrico areas, with a two-year estimated contract value of $70,264.60. The competitive sealed bid process requires FOB destination delivery within 20 days of purchase order issuance, a five-year warranty, and comprehensive insurance including general liability, auto, workers' compensation, and cyber liability coverage. No specific set-aside designations apply. Based on the available record, rubber reaction injection moldings do not appear to be an active procurement category under this code in state and local markets right now.
