UNSPSC 31111516: Titanium profile extrusions

UNSPSC 31111516 Titanium profile extrusions, a Commodity code, covers the procurement of extruded titanium profiles — structural shapes and sections formed through extrusion processes — for use in state and local applications ranging from aerospace-adjacent manufacturing support to infrastructure and equipment fabrication. State and local buyers under this code typically include state departments overseeing transportation or manufacturing, county and municipal public works offices, and special-purpose districts managing infrastructure projects. The code captures finished or semi-finished titanium extrusions in standard cross-sectional profiles ready for assembly or further fabrication into end-use components.

The source provided contains no recent state and local contract opportunities tagged to UNSPSC 31111516. Without posted solicitations, activity levels and geographic concentration for this Commodity code cannot be characterized. Titanium extrusions occupy a narrow procurement niche in state and local contracting; most public-sector buyers source these materials through established vendor relationships, cooperative purchasing arrangements, or as subordinate line items within larger construction or equipment procurements rather than as standalone solicitations.
