UNSPSC 30262506: Cold drawn silicone bronze bar

Cold drawn bar of various cross sections produced from silicone bronzes

UNSPSC 30262506 Cold drawn silicone bronze bar is a Commodity code that in practice covers specialty metallic repair parts and components purchased by state and local water and utilities agencies. The recent sourcing activity under this code reflects municipal procurement of brass and bronze fittings, service line components, and related accessories for water system maintenance and warehouse stock replenishment rather than the cold-drawn bar stock itself. Issuing bodies include municipal water departments and public utilities divisions that maintain distribution infrastructure.

The City of Arlington, Texas posted an annual requirements contract (Solicitation 270041) on September 23, 2026 seeking brass water repair parts including service line fittings, accessories, and tapping saddles, with bids due October 22, 2026. The solicitation indicates that Texas municipalities are active buyers under this code for inventory replenishment of water-system components. Arlington requires electronic submission through Euna Procurement and mandates compliance with that channel to receive complete specifications and any posted addenda.
