UNSPSC 27131603: Air regulators

UNSPSC 27131603 Air regulators is a Commodity code with a significant mismatch between its nominal scope and recent state and local procurement activity. The code shows no relevant recent opportunities. The four posted opportunities from the source cover fleet lubricants and transmission fluids (Collier County, Florida); power valve operators and maintenance services for water and wastewater systems (Collier County); IT and low-voltage infrastructure installation for a recreation facility (DeKalb County, Georgia); and REXA actuator parts for wastewater treatment plants (Seminole County, Florida). None of these solicitations involve air regulators or air-regulation equipment. The air-regulator Commodity code does not reflect what these state and local buyers are actually procuring under this designation.

The sourcing pattern shows single-source and sole-source notices from Florida counties and one competitive ITB from Georgia, but the work scope is too diverse and misaligned with the code's nominal product category to support reliable market signals or vendor targeting under UNSPSC 27131603. Firms evaluating this code should verify whether their air-regulation products or services align with recent opportunities in their target geographies, as the code itself does not currently surface relevant state and local procurement activity.
