UNSPSC 27121802: Hydraulic accumulators

UNSPSC 27121802 Hydraulic accumulators (Commodity) is sourced by state and local governments primarily as a component within facility maintenance and construction supply contracts rather than as standalone procurement. The recent opportunities tagged to this code show minimal direct activity; instead, they reflect state and local procurement of hand tools, power tools, janitorial supplies, and training equipment—categories that fall outside the hydraulic accumulator scope. The mismatch between the code's nominal product (pressurized fluid storage devices used in hydraulic systems) and the work actually being solicited suggests this Commodity code sees little relevant recent activity in state and local contracting.

Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission appear in the recent record, but their solicitations focus on janitorial consumables, HVAC and plumbing parts, and hand tools rather than hydraulic system components. The City of Dallas, Eastern Municipal Water District (California), and Polk County School Board likewise show activity in hand and power tools, lifting hardware, and CNC training equipment. Geographic spread includes Florida, Texas, California, and Georgia, but these jurisdictions are buying through ITB, IFB, and RFB processes for goods unrelated to hydraulic accumulators. No recent state or local RFP, RFQ, IFB, or ITB opportunities demonstrate active procurement of hydraulic accumulators as a distinct product line or component.
