UNSPSC 27112044: Tree trunk Injection set

An injection set used to supply nutrients to the tree trunk when the nutritional status of the tree is very poor or the tree has difficulties in absorbing moisture or nutrients due to poor state of roots.

UNSPSC 27112044 Tree trunk Injection set is a Commodity code with little recent alignment to state and local procurement activity. The four posted opportunities in the dataset span grounds maintenance equipment (Collin County Community College District), law enforcement equipment (Sourcewell cooperative on behalf of Washington-state counties and other jurisdictions), bus wash equipment (Jacksonville Transportation Authority), and hand tools (City of Philadelphia) — none of which represent tree-injection products or services. The code appears inactive in current state and local procurement or is being mislabeled in live solicitations; the recent opportunities posted under this code do not reflect the narrow product category the code nominally describes.

With no substantive opportunities matching tree-trunk injection equipment or supplies, the code shows no meaningful recent activity among state and local buyers. Vendors in tree-care or forestry equipment should monitor whether the code begins to appear in parks-and-grounds-maintenance RFPs or capital procurements at state forestry departments, county natural-resource divisions, or municipal grounds-management contracts, but current signals do not support active pursuit under this Commodity code.
