UNSPSC 27112008: Hoes

UNSPSC 27112008 Hoes is a Commodity code that in recent state and local procurement activity encompasses weed control services for government-managed canal and ditch systems, where hoes and related implements are deployed as part of broader vegetation management on public waterways and drainage infrastructure. State and local governments soliciting under this code include county governments managing secondary canal and ditch networks that require periodic weed control treatment to maintain system function and public safety. The work typically involves chemical or mechanical weed removal across distributed locations, with performance standards, treatment frequencies, and equipment specifications defined in the scope of services.
