UNSPSC 25202204: Landing gear assemblies

UNSPSC 25202204 Landing gear assemblies is a Commodity code that shows minimal state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The three most recent opportunities tagged to this code do not reflect purchases of landing gear assemblies or related aircraft structural components. One is a relocation notice for Williamson County Purchasing Department in Texas with no procurement scope. A second, from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, solicits UAS Aerial Ignition Systems and support services for prescribed burn operations — equipment unrelated to landing gear. The third, from Collier County, Florida, is a single-source procurement for a MicroVib II Aircraft Analyzer, a handheld diagnostic and vibration analysis tool for helicopter maintenance, also outside the landing gear scope. The code does not currently report procurement activity that would be decision-relevant for vendors offering landing gear assemblies or related component services to state and local governments.

Given the mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the recent opportunities posted under it, business development professionals should treat this code as inactive for landing gear work at the state and local level. The opportunities present may reflect mislabeling by issuing bodies rather than genuine demand for landing gear products or services.
