UNSPSC 24101655: Vehicle parking lift system

Mechanical three dimensional parking facility that can accommodate larger number of vehicles within limited space by parking vehicles in three dimensions.

UNSPSC 24101655 Vehicle parking lift system is a Commodity code under which state and local governments procure scissorlifts and dock lifts for facility operations and maintenance. The recent solicitation activity shows state agencies acquiring these lifting systems to support custodial, maintenance, and material-handling functions at institutional facilities. The issuing bodies soliciting under this code are state-level departments and specialized agencies rather than municipalities or school districts.

Texas is the primary jurisdiction with recent activity under this code. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice posted IFB IW252869 for two scissorlifts with a bid due date of July 3, 2026, submitted through the Bonfire procurement system; the Texas Juvenile Justice Department issued IFB FY26BWDDOCKLIFT for a dock lift with 560/48 capacity, with bids due April 21, 2026. Both solicitations were posted in the second quarter of 2026 and specify electronic submission through state-managed portals, though neither posting discloses contract value, equipment specifications beyond capacity ratings, evaluation criteria, or set-aside designations in the available documentation.
