UNSPSC 20122507: Coiled tubing lifting equipment

UNSPSC 20122507 Coiled tubing lifting equipment is a Commodity code that shows minimal recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single recent opportunity tagged under this code—Sourcewell RFP #061626, posted May 12, 2026—solicits law enforcement equipment broadly, not coiled tubing lifting apparatus. The mismatch suggests either a coding error in the state or local procurement system or that this Commodity code does not reflect active buying patterns in the public sector right now.

Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government unit and cooperative purchasing vehicle, issued the RFP on behalf of multiple Washington counties (Franklin, Grant, Grays Harbor, Chelan, and Yakima) and participating entities nationwide, with proposals due June 16, 2026. The cooperative structure allows selected vendors to supply law enforcement equipment to thousands of governmental agencies, school districts, higher education institutions, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations across the United States and Canada. No specific budget, award value, set-asides, or incumbent vendors are disclosed in available solicitation materials. Vendors must register and submit through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov, with inquiries directed to Mari Vielma at rfp@sourcewell-mn.gov or 888-894-1930. Without additional recent opportunities under this code that align with coiled tubing lifting equipment, the category appears dormant in state and local procurement.
